Our Chakli is traditionally prepared from a dough made of rice and chickpea flours (besan), seasoned with proprietary spices and sesame seeds. This dough is carefully pressed into its iconic spiral, coiled shape and then deep-fried until it reaches a beautiful golden-brown color and achieves that unmatched crispness. It’s pure tradition in every spiral!
