Refund policy

At Jay Shankar Lamboti, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Customised, made-to-order, or discounted items (sale items) are not eligible unless damaged or defective.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
