1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within the same day or within 1 business day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• We currently ship across India.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹699.
• For orders below ₹699, a flat shipping fee of ₹59 will apply.

4. Minimum Order Value

• The minimum order value is ₹300. Orders below this amount may not be processed.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for eligible locations.
• An additional COD fee of ₹19 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders.

6. Order Confirmation

• We may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
